The Nursing & Health Systems Leadership (NHSL) Specialty Area.
Graduate study in this program prepares nurses for administrative and leadership roles across the health care continuum.
The curriculum provides coursework in finance, labor relations and management, organizational strategy,
policy, and marketing.
The NHSL curriculum provides a solid academic foundation in organizational and leadership principles,
finance, health policy and informatics.
Clinical residency experiences offer students the opportunity to apply new knowledge and skills in complex practice settings.
The Nursing & Health Systems Leadership Program is an exciting option for students interested in:
- Leading change in the rapidly shifting health care environment
- Understanding organizational systems, behavior and strategy
- Learning financial management skills
