From those abstracts received, podium and poster presenters are selected to provide
exciting, interesting, clinically focused programs.

The Call for Abstracts handout, which includes the Abstract Submission
Form, Abstract Guidelines, and Roster of Site Coordinators, is in
PDF ("portable document format") for printing and posting.
