  • Foster capacity to interpret, apply and conduct research that improves patient care safety, quality, cost and outcomes through supporting investigative role development among clinical staff and their leadership teams.
  • Provide consultation and education to individuals, teams and groups that contributes to improving nursing practice, patient care and organizational performance.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations of emerging technologies that advance strategic performance improvement.
  • Serve as a source for emerging new knowledge for nursing practice, innovation transfer, clinical practice guidelines and best practices.
