What is BE(ACTIVE)?

A free program at VHS designed to improve your child's health. A BE(ACTIVE) Physical Activity Counselor (PAC) will help you design a personalized nutrition and physical activity schedule that suits your child's interests, abilities, and schedule.

How do I get my child enrolled?

Please contact your healthcare professional at VHS or Giancarlo Scalise at (415) 647·3666 to schedule your child's first physical activity counseling session.

Hours:  Monday,  1:30 - 5:30 p.m., Tue.,  9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Thu.,  9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Six-Week Fitness Challenge

Join the BE(ACTIVE) Program and participate in our Six·Week Fitness Challenge.

The challenge is to exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week.

Complete the challenge and you'll be entered into a raffle to win great prizes from Sports Basement, the YMCA, and Rainbow Grocery!
