Refunds

Refunds will be made on cancellations received in writing before the first day of the conference, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. To receive a refund, please send a written request to the above address.

Continuing Education

A Certificate of Attendance will be given upon completion of course requirements, enabling you to register your credit with the appropriate licensing boards or associations. The UCSF School of Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing education by the California Board of Registered Nursing. A maximum of 33.75 contact hours will be awarded for the conference. Credit hours are estimates and subject to final program confirmation. Contact the conference liaison for CE credit for individual days.

Transportation

Public parking will be available at the Millberry Union garage (enter on Irving or Parnassus) at $22.00/day, or the Kirkham lot at $20.00/day (website).

The UCSF campus is accessible by public transportation including the Metro "N (Judah)" trolley line and several bus routes, see http://www.sfmuni.com (website).

Note that the School of Nursing Building is not visible from the public street, see http://www.ucsf.edu/maps for information on the Parnassus Avenue campus building complex. Visitors should enter the Clinical Sciences Building at 521 Parnassus and use the elevators to go up to the second floor, then use the adjoining hallway to move into the School of Nursing Building.
