PoliciesNo Returns, No Refunds; All Sales are Final. Bulk OrdersIndividual and institutional orders are considered bulk for five or more books. Any combination of titles qualify. Prepaid bulk orders are eligible for a 25% discount. Large bulk orders - over 100 books - may qualify for additional discounts. Please give us a call. Bookstores receive a 25% discount on invoiced orders and 30% on prepaid orders. Payment and ShippingWe accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and cash (in person). Please do not send cash through the mail. We are not responsible for lost cash. We ship UPS ground. Rates for shipping and handling are listed for each book on the order form. UPS ground takes around 5-6 business days. If you need faster service we can arrange expedited shipping at an additional cost.
