Orientation

UCSF is San Francisco's second-largest employer, and operations are located within several medical centers and other sites all over the city (see map of UCSF sites in SF area).

However, the School of Nursing, UCSF Medical Center, and other important UCSF buildings are located at the Parnassus Avenue campus in the "Inner Sunset" district. This district is located on the west side of the city of San Francisco. A nearby landmark is Kezar Stadium in the southwest corner of Golden Gate Park. Click the city map at right to find UCSF's Parnassus location.
